Job Description:Our client is looking for a compassionate and experienced Night Senior Support Worker to oversee the night-time operations of our care home. In this vital role, you will ensure the well-being and safety of our residents, leading a team of support workers to deliver exceptional care. Your leadership will ensure that all care plans are meticulously followed, and residents' needs are met with dignity and respect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the night team to deliver high-quality care.
  • Conduct regular checks on residents and respond promptly to their needs.
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records.
