  • Lead and manage the Inclusion Hub, ensuring effective teaching and intervention strategies.
  • Develop and implement EHCPs for students with diverse needs.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to support student progress.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Provide training and support to staff on inclusive practices and interventions.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience in special educational needs (SEN) and inclusive education.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
