With a diverse student body of approximately 1,400 students, including 356 in the Sixth Form, the school celebrates diversity and fosters a welcoming community.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Inclusion Hub, ensuring effective teaching and intervention strategies.
- Develop and implement EHCPs for students with diverse needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to support student progress.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and adjust strategies as needed.
- Provide training and support to staff on inclusive practices and interventions.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience in special educational needs (SEN) and inclusive education.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
