- Managing the showroom’s day to day operations, supporting the team to ensure productivity
- Recruiting and training new employees
- Monitoring and implementing performance metrics to ensure productivity
- Managing all merchandising and presentation standards
- Annual business plans
- Ensuring showroom is fully maintained and meets all health and safety requirements
- Competitor analysis
- Overseeing marketing strategy, budget and brand awareness
- Proven commercial sales and trade retail background within the KBB industry
- Experience delivering customer service excellence
- Leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate others and develop people
- Must be a hands-on leader
