Showroom General Manager– Sheffield –  from £50,000 plus OTEChase & Holland are excited to be working with a growing family run business who are looking for a Showroom General Manager. You will be joining a highly respected and successful award-winning business and responsible for overseeing the functioning of the business and showroom. This role will suit someone who prefers to work autonomously and has a desire to contribute to the ongoing success of the organisation.In Return You’ll Receive:

Showroom General ManagerResponsibilities:
  • Managing all aspects of the day to day running or the business and showroom
  • Business development, working with developers and consumers and assisting with quotes
  • Managing and driving sales both new relationships and existing relationships
  • Handling customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Managing the showroom’s day to day operations, supporting the team to ensure productivity
  • Recruiting and training new employees
  • Monitoring and implementing performance metrics to ensure productivity
  • Managing all merchandising and presentation standards
  • Annual business plans
  • Ensuring showroom is fully maintained and meets all health and safety requirements
  • Competitor analysis
  • Overseeing marketing strategy, budget and brand awareness
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Proven commercial sales and trade retail background within the KBB industry
  • Experience delivering customer service excellence
  • Leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate others and develop people
  • Must be a hands-on leader
