About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Co-Ordinator to join our dynamic team.

This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth flow of customer demand through effective planning, procurement, and manufacturing coordination. You will be the vital link between customers, production teams, and suppliers, ensuring expectations are met and issues are proactively managed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receipt, processing, and control of customer schedules, including regular liaison with customers to ensure accuracy and alignment.
  • Planning manufacturing schedules to meet customer demand efficiently and effectively.
  • Planning and procuring materials to support production schedules, ensuring the timely flow of supplies into the business.
  • Monitoring and controlling manufacturing activities in close collaboration with production teams.
  • Proactively escalating issues, identifying solutions, and providing timely feedback to customers to ensure continuity and satisfaction.
  • Providing accurate material estimates to support the sales team with customer quotations.

About You:To excel in this role, you will have:

  • Proven experience in supply chain planning, production scheduling, or materials control.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective liaison with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Proficiency in relevant supply chain and planning systems (e.g., ERP/MRP systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
