Role Overview

As an Estimator-Surveyor, you'll be at the heart of ensuring fire safety compliance for clients. This hybrid role combines site visits, office work, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct fire door and compartmentation surveys.
  • Produce precise remedial work quotes, ensuring compliance with regulations and methodologies.
  • Update systems and asset records with comprehensive documentation and photos.
  • Provide informal advice to fire officers and surveyors to improve safety measures.
  • Audit completed remedial works, ensuring they meet technical guidance and accreditation standards.
  • Support the sales team with technical estimates and supplier negotiations.
  • Maintain professional development to stay abreast of industry changes.


What We're Looking For

  • Experience in fire protection systems, surveying, or a related field.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • A "right-first-time" mindset, excellent attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
  • A full UK driving license.
