This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced surveyor with a background in social housing to join an exceptional local public sector organisation.Your new roleYour new role will see you carry out pre-and-post inspection surveys to identify areas of disrepair, investigating the cause of these issues and identifying repairs required. You will also:

Produce well detailed schedules of works required.
Diagnose the causes of these issues and the steps needing to be taken for repair.
Support with any complaints.

What you'll need to succeedIn order to succeed in this role you will:

Have strong understanding of building and property maintenance.
Have previous experience of identifying issues and areas requiring urgent work in the social housing sector.
Possess a strong level of technical expertise, and knowledge of social housing legislation such as the Landlord Tenants Act, Environmental Protection Act, and the Social Housing Regulation Act 2023.
