We are seeking a Surveyor to join our team on a contract basis, primarily focused on valuation work. This role is ideal for someone who can assist with Right to Buy housing valuations and potentially asset valuations for financial purposes. Following the completion of backlog valuations, the role will transition to a more generic estates surveyor workload.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Conduct valuation for Right to Buy housing purposes.
  • Perform asset valuations for financial reporting as needed.
  • Manage a variety of tasks related to estate surveying once initial valuations are complete.
  • Collaborate with a registered valuer who will sign off on the work.
  • Ensure compliance with local government standards and practices (experience in this area is advantageous but not mandatory).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in valuation and estate surveying.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Local government experience is beneficial but not essential.
  • Commitment to working onsite at least 3 days a week.
