Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Administrator to support teams. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth communication between departments, managing technical documentation, assisting with customer queries, and supporting procurement processes.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the liaison between teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and information flow.
- Maintain and update documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, tracking projects, and maintaining records.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to their implementation.
- Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies, tracking orders, and maintaining supplier relationships.
Skills:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of using CRM system
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail.
Experience:
- Previously worked in a technical administration role or similar.
- Experience working within a procurement role or having procurement-related responsibilities.
