We have a great opportunity to join a family owned, worldwide, business as a HR Administrator. This company has two production facilities based in Central Bedfordshire.The HR Administrator will be will be the first point of contact for general administrative HR support and will be responsible for assisting the People & Culture Team in delivering efficient HR services to the business.Key responsibilities for a HR Administrator:
- Oversee and manage all HR administrative processes, including recruitment administration, employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employment changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Coordinate payroll administration tasks, ensuring the accuracy of payroll inputs and liaising with the Payroll team on salary-related matters.
- Provide support to HR team in respect of administration, as requested by HR team members.
- Maintain HR documentation and employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Administer and maintain the Human Resource Information System (HRIS), ensuring accurate employee records.
- Update and manage employee data, including personal details, job titles, contracts, and benefits information.
- Run regular reports and data analysis to support HR strategy and decision-making.
Essential skills for a HR Administrator:
- Experience working as an HR administrator or a similar role in a fast paced, busy environment
- Experience with HR Systems (iTrent, Workday)
- Computer literate
- Self-motivated and able to work independently on maintenance tasks
- Full UK driver’s license
