Our Shefford-based client, a leading provider of high-quality products and services, is seeking an enthusiastic Account Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work primarily with repeat B2B customers and a smaller segment of B2C clients, helping to maintain and grow strong client relationships in a high-speed environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound accounts to support a consistent flow of high-quality client inquiries and orders.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Work with precision and attention to detail to meet and exceed client and customer expectations.
  • Demonstrate business acumen and a hunger to learn, taking ownership of client needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management, customer service, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a business-focused mindset.
