The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B construction sales, with strong relationships or experience selling to Main Contractors in London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction sector, focusing on flooring solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with Main Contractors, Developers, and Architects.
- Generate leads, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Proven B2B sales experience in the construction industry (flooring experience preferred).
- Strong network or experience working with Main Contractors in London.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Ability to work on a freelance or temp-to-perm basis.
