We are working on behalf of our client, seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales and expand our clients' client base in the construction flooring sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B construction sales, with strong relationships or experience selling to Main Contractors in London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction sector, focusing on flooring solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Main Contractors, Developers, and Architects.
  • Generate leads, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts.

  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Proven B2B sales experience in the construction industry (flooring experience preferred).
