We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Clients Operational Service team as a Freight Forwarding Operations Executive.
This role requires experience in freight forwarding and offers an exciting opportunity to develop skills in the industry.
Key responsibilities include managing export, import, and domestic operations, as well as completing international shipping and customs documentation.
Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Cargowise is an advantage.

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our Clients Operational Service team as a Freight Forwarding Operations Executive. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in the freight forwarding industry and contribute to a growing business.Working within the Operations Service team, you will focus on all aspects of freight forwarding and deliver excellent operational service in line with Company guidelines, legislation, and standardsOperation Executive Role and Responsibiltes:

Arrange and have oversight of export, import and UK domestic operations from start to finish whether this be AIR SEA or ROAD/COURIER.

Investigate and plan most appropriate route for shipments

Complete International Shipping and Customs Documentation Complete costing & billing for both import and export jobs

Work in accordance with international regulations Maintain communication and control through all phases of the journey

Work closely with customers, colleagues and third parties to ensure deadlines are met
