Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager to join their team. This is a field-based role, focused on developing existing clients together with generating new business in London & the South East.Fantastic commission scheme, company car plus amazing benefits including a free holiday lodge once a year! - Increase sales in new Maintenance, Repair and Installation works
- Developing positive relationships with clients
- Acting as the main point of contact and handling customers’ individual needs
- Generating new business using existing and potential customer networks
- Resolving conflicts and providing solutions to customers in a timely manner
Requirements - Proven experience in a sales position
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Problem-solving attitude
- Knowledge of MS Office and Field Service Management Software
- Prior experience within HVAC industry would be favourable but not essential
