PRINT OPERATIVESUNBURY£24,5000 - £26,000  This is an exciting opportunity to work for an industry-leading company which specialises in providing services to clinical research organisations. These services include print, ancillary supplies and equipment, translation, and patient engagement.They are looking for a Production Operative to join their UK team. Experience within a print production/manufacturing environment is beneficial but not essential. They are looking for someone with the can-do attitude of an all-rounder, willing to help across their print, finishing and distribution departments.The successful applicant will share and demonstrate values that align with their own company culture, these values are extremely important to them and include ‘we exceed expectations’, ‘we pursue growth and learning’ and ‘we believe in One Team teamwork’.Excellent support and training will be provided by their knowledgeable team to assist you in developing your existing skills.This position offers a great opportunity for a versatile individual to grow within the company and contribute to various aspects of operations.  Key duties:  
  • Performs assigned activity to produce a completed product to include setting up, drilling, stitching, poly wrapping, taping, cutting, collating, inserting, gluing, labelling of product etc
  • Follow and adhere to the company Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment around their equipment
  • Downloading print files
  • Checking proof copies
  • Operating digital print machines
  • Assist with inventory maintenance and distribution of finished goods
  • Encourage and promotes a ‘team player’ culture

  • Basic computer skills (Word/Excel/Adobe)
