Job Title: Production Coordinator / Scheduler
Industry: Large Format Graphics / POS
Location: Surbiton
Salary: Up to £36k
My client is an award-winning large format print and graphics company, looking for an experienced PRODUCTION COORDINATOR / SCHEDULER to join their team. This role is suitable to anyone within the Large Format Graphics and / or Signage industry, looking for a new exciting opportunity with a successful company.
The Role
- Working closely with Project Team to plan and drive project timelines
- Provide solution proposals to meet clients' specific requirements
- Preparing for and participating in / contributing to Production Management Meetings with all production department
- Communicating with the Print, Fabrication, Finishing, Packing & Logistics and Installation teams and ensuring all job specifics and brand identities fulfilled as required
- Working with installation teams to support with communication and ensure an efficient handover
Requirements for the role (These are minimum requirements so please don't apply if you don't have the following experience)
- Previous experience in a similar role within the signage and / or large format graphics industry
- Excellent time management.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Level headed approach to demanding circumstances.
- A quick learner with a positive approach will pick up everything they need to know
- Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and a quick learner in general operational software.
- Minimum of three years' experience within a relevant Production Management role.
- Hold a full UK driving licence
