Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance manufacturing efficiency by implementing lean principles
- Develop and maintain SOPs, routings, and visual factory displays
- Lead continuous improvement projects to streamline production
- Support new product introductions and process optimisations
- Work cross-functionally to drive operational excellence
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in manufacturing engineering
Strong background in Lean, NPI, and process improvements
Excellent problem-solving skills and hands-on approach
Experience working with complex electro-mechanical products.
ERP/MRP system knowledge
