- Overseeing the team of field service engineers who will be delivering services to clients
- Managing the scheduling of service calls and PPM visits
- Ensuring that client requests are responded to within a reasonable amount of time and efficiently
- Handling escalations from the service coordinators, seeking to resolve any complaints promptly
- Monitoring service quality and ensuring client satisfaction
- Providing sound technical support when needed
- Attending site visits to carry out audits
- Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement across the service, focussing on increasing profitability
- Ensuring strong relationships are built and maintained with clients
- Possess strong technical HVAC knowledge including both equipment and systems
- Strong experience in team management, development and leadership
- A degree or equivalent within a related engineering subject
- Substantial field experience
- Exquisite communication and relationship building skills
- Good problem solving and organisational abilities
