An engineering business is seeking a Technical Service Manager to join the team in the Shepperton area.  You RoleWhile in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:
  • Overseeing the team of field service engineers who will be delivering services to clients
  • Managing the scheduling of service calls and PPM visits
  • Ensuring that client requests are responded to within a reasonable amount of time and efficiently
  • Handling escalations from the service coordinators, seeking to resolve any complaints promptly
  • Monitoring service quality and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Providing sound technical support when needed
  • Attending site visits to carry out audits
  • Proactively identifying opportunities for improvement across the service, focussing on increasing profitability
  • Ensuring strong relationships are built and maintained with clients
 You MUST Have:Please apply ONLY if you meet the following criteria:
  • Possess strong technical HVAC knowledge including both equipment and systems
  • Strong experience in team management, development and leadership
  • A degree or equivalent within a related engineering subject
  • Substantial field experience
  • Exquisite communication and relationship building skills
  • Good problem solving and organisational abilities
Your Opportunity:A successful, growing business, who specialise mostly in HVAC engineering services, who have been expanding more of their core teams and services as well as their client base over the years. They operate on a national level and are very successful within their niche. The position holder will be instrumental in the management and deployment of PPM and service calls to customers to provide ongoing support.
