Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Shepton Mallet who are actively looking to recruit an HR BP to join the team.

What you will be doing:

Working closely with the Senior HR Business Partner, the ideal candidate will be an experienced HR professional from a manufacturing environment, responsibilities to include:

  • Working with the manufacturing and supply chain organisation to develop and implement strong talent management processes and procedures.
  • Give professional HR guidance and support ensuring legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement.

What you will need to succeed:

  • CIPD Level 5 is advantageous
  • Previous experience in a HR business partnering environment
  • Conflict resolution skills and experience in a manufacturing/operational setting
  • Knowledge of employment law and unions
