Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
  • Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining high quality.
  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive team atmosphere.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Assist in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas for new dishes.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food production techniques and culinary practices.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate team members.
