Probate Solicitor (2-3 Years PQE) - Modern Firm | Hybrid/Remote Working

We’re currently working with a forward-thinking, modern law firm that’s looking to bring a Probate Solicitor on board to support their growing Private Client team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with around 2-3 years’ PQE who’s keen to focus solely on probate work within a flexible, people-focused environment. The firm offers a genuinely modern setup—no old-school culture or rigid structure here—and is well known for its progressive approach to both client care and internal collaboration.

The Role:

  • This position is dedicated to probate matters—there’s no will drafting involved

  • All cases come through an extensive wills bank, so there is no shortage of steady, high-quality work

  • You'll be stepping in to support a busy team, particularly during a time where one team member is in and out due to health reasons

  • The existing team handles a broad mix of probate, trusts, deeds of variation, and deeds of gift (one solicitor is currently managing over 60 live files)

Ideal Candidate:

  • A qualified solicitor with 2-3 years of post-qualified experience in probate

  • Confident managing files independently while also collaborating with the wider team

  • Interested in working with a modern, flexible law firm—not your traditional high-street setup

  • Comfortable with hybrid or remote working, with the ability to attend the office when needed

Why apply?

  • You’ll be joining a busy, well-supported team with a strong flow of probate work

  • Enjoy flexible working arrangements—remote or hybrid to suit you

  • Be part of a firm that genuinely values its people and embraces a modern approach to law

If you're a probate solicitor looking to step away from the traditional firm model and join a team where flexibility, autonomy, and high-quality work are the norm, we’d love to speak with you.
