We have a new opportunity to join a large privately owned company in the role of a Trainee Production Shift Manager. The company are established leaders within their sector and are seeking a candidate that is seeking the next step in their career. Â This role will report into the Production Shift Manager and will cover the Twilight shift. Â It is a role that offers longer term development. Â The role will involve managing a team of c50 staff and you will be supported by 5 Team Leaders
Trainee Production Shift Manager Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
- Experience working in Food Manufacturing, ideally High Care
- Team management / Supervisory experience
- Experience of Training and mentoring teams
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing
- Able to work in a fast-moving pressured environment, maintaining a keen eye for detail and remaining results-focused
