Our client, a family-owned business with over 55 years of experience in manufacturing high-quality CNC machined parts for renowned global customers across the Oil and Gas, Hydraulics, Scientific Instruments, and Aerospace industries, is looking for a Fettler / Deburrer to join their team.

The company has seen significant growth in recent years and anticipates further expansion over the next 12 months. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected company in their modern, clean, and bright workshop, working days in a stable and supportive environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for using manual and powered tools to remove sharp edges and burrs from complex, high-value CNC machined parts. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a leading company with a modern, clean, and well-equipped workshop.

Are you the right person for the job?

  • Great attention to detail
  • Good hand-eye coordination and excellent eyesight are essential
  • Direct experience preferred but not essential

What will your role look like?

  • Use manual and powered tools to remove sharp edges and burrs from complex, high-value CNC machined parts
  • Ensure high levels of precision and attention to detail while fettling and deburring parts
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment in line with company standards
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure the highest quality standards are met
  • Perform routine checks on parts to ensure they meet quality requirements
  • Help maintain the overall smooth operation of the workshop
