This role is key in delivering accurate financial reporting, improving processes, and supporting strategic decision-making across the business. Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare weekly reports, monthly accounts, and KPIs
  • Lead month-end and audit processes
  • Provide financial insights to support operational decisions
  • Manage and develop a small finance team
  • Oversee budgeting, variance analysis, and forecasting
  • Maintain accurate financial ledgers and fixed asset register
