Position: Private Client Solicitor/Lawyer (5PQE+) Salary: From £50,000 Location: Dorset Overview A well-regarded Legal 500 firm are looking for an experienced Solicitor/Lawyer to join their Sherborne based Private Client team. This is an opportunity to be a part of the firms main department, currently experiencing significant growth. With over 300 years of history, this is a progressive law firm driven by its talented, dedicated staff; cultivating a stimulating, inclusive, and empowering workplace. The Role You will be joining a well-established team, which includes apprentices, trainees, seasoned professionals with over 20 years' experience, skilled legal secretaries, and paralegals. Their collaborative environment promotes knowledge sharing and best practices, with all fee earners involved in departmental planning and business development. Support and mentorship are readily available from their department head and experienced colleagues. You 
  • Minimum 5 years PQE with expertise in private client law. 
  • Strong career focus on private client matters. 
  • Skilled in business development, client relationships, and teamwork. 
  • Excellent verbal, written, and networking communication skills.
