In this role, you will manage property sales and lettings, oversee a portfolio of rental properties, and conduct valuations. You'll liaise with landlords, tenants, buyers, and vendors while guiding transactions from marketing through to completion, ensuring exceptional client service.

The Role:
- Manage residential sales and lettings
- Conduct valuations and property viewings
- Liaise with clients, tenants, and buyers
- Prepare documentation and maintain accurate records
- Manage a personal portfolio of lettings properties
- Provide cover for other offices when required
