This is a unique opportunity for open-minded, proactive, and patient individuals who are passionate about supporting pupils in overcoming barriers and achieving their full potential.About the RoleAs a Teaching Assistant, you will:- Support pupils in their academic, social, and emotional development.- Work closely with the teaching team to deliver a differentiated curriculum tailored to individual needs.F- oster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment.- Help pupils build confidence, resilience, and life skills.- Assist with classroom activities, one-to-one support, and small group interventions.About YouWe are looking for someone who:- Is open-minded, adaptable, and proactive in their approach.- Demonstrates patience and understanding, especially when working with pupils facing additional challenges.- Has the ability to build strong relationships and trust with pupils.- Thrives in a team-oriented environment but can also work independently when needed.- Is passionate about helping young people succeed both academically and socially.- Experience working with pupils with SEMH and additional needs is desirable but not essential.
