We are looking for a temp Factory Labourer to cover a few weeks work For a client of ours in Shildon.
The role involves supporting the production team with various tasks, including loading and unloading materials, operating basic machinery, and maintaining a clean and organised workspace. This is an excellent chance to develop hands-on skills in a fast-paced setting while contributing to the smooth operation of the factory.
Ideal candidates will possess a strong work ethic and the ability to follow instructions meticulously. Previous experience in a factory or warehouse setting is advantageous but not essential, as on-the-job training will be provided. Physical stamina is crucial, as the role requires standing for long periods and handling heavy items.
