My client based in Sedgefield is looking for an experienced Production Operative to join their team on a permanent basis.
The role is to work for an established company, who are market leaders in their respective industry.
The ideal candidate will have direct Production or Manufacturing experience, but full training will be provided. Due to location, it would be preferable for the successful candidate to drive with their own transport.
Duties of the role include:
- To develop moulds and manufacture samples for clients
- Following client specifications
- Basic use of hand and power tools
- Machine operating following training on site
- Obtain sample approval from designers
- Store patterns and plugs in appropriate location
- Prepare samples for shipment ensuring they are appropriately packaged
- Log and maintain retained samples for internal use
- Ensure work area in sample room and pattern prep area is kept clean and tidy
Rate: £22-£23k
Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm
Role: Immediate start for the right candidate
