Purpose of the Panel Beater role:
Our client is looking for an experienced panel beater to join their team to carry out work on automotive body parts. Working to a high standard and having a keen eye to detail, also carrying out work on electric/hybrid vehicles.

Main duties and responsibilities of a Panel Beater:

  • MIG and spot welding.
  • Follow manufactures repair specifications to carry out repairs.
  • Panel beating techniques.
  • Panel replacement.
  • Work closely with other departments to achieve a collective goal.
  • Light MET.
  • Embrace manufacture training and development to further enhance your skills.
  • Aluminium welding.


Experience/knowledge requirements for a Panel Beater:

  • Excellent team player.
  • Senior ATA or NVQ Level 3 in Panel.
  • Jig work.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Bodyshop experience.
  • Ideally used to working on electric/hybrid vehicles.
  • Welding certification.
  • Work is carried out to a high standard first time.
  • Collaborating with other departments to achieve a common goal.
  • Follow manufacture repair methods.
