Job Role: Quotation / Pricing Co-ordinator Location: Baildon, BD17Salary: £24,500 - £26,500 pa (dependant on experience)Hours: Monday-Friday, 9.00am -5.15pm Our Client: Our client is a leader in freight forwarding. Specialising in Ocean, Air Freight and Road Haulage services. They are committed to delivering exceptional service to their global network of customers and partners. The Role:Our client is looking to recruit a Quotation / Pricing Coordinator for this key role that contributes directly to the profitability of the company, involving taking customer enquiries, providing quotations and gaining new business. A proactive role, maintaining and developing business relationships. Key Responsibilities of the Quotation / Pricing Coordinator :

To provide accurate, competitive pricing to customers and the external sales team, to maximise profit per job - whilst maintaining a realistic price.
Dealing with customer queries via both email and telephone
Calculate and advise rates to customers & the external sales team
Provide customers with quotations.
Deal with any invoice and price disputes.
Work with rate sheets.
Grow long-term relationships with customers and shipping companies.
Re- assuring customers that your high service levels will satisfy their requirements in terms of quality, service and price.

Skills & Experience Required:

Previous experience of dealing with customer quotations / pricing
Customer service background
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Pro-active and motivated individual
Team player
IT literate
Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to overcome difficulties
Work effectively and calmly under pressure
Have the ability to prioritise your own workload
