Job Specification: Site Manager
Location: Yorkshire & Northwest
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (Package Included)
Company Overview:
Our client is a prominent contractor specializing in large-scale, multi-million pound projects. They are looking for a confident and experienced Site Manager to join their growing team. The successful candidate will take charge of multi-room projects across various sectors, working primarily with end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee a range of multi-million-pound projects across various sectors, including residential, hotels, industrial builds, and warehouses.
Take full ownership of your own project from start to finish, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Projects will have an average duration of 3 months, requiring efficient project management skills.
Be client-facing, with regular communication and coordination with clients to ensure project goals and deadlines are met.
Ensure effective on-site management of teams, subcontractors, and suppliers while maintaining health and safety standards.
Act as the confidential number one Site Manager, ensuring smooth operations and reporting directly to senior management.
Maintain and monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards, and ensure any issues are addressed promptly.
Required Experience & Skills:
Site Management Experience: Candidates should have experience in managing multi-room projects.
Experience Level: Candidates should have mid-level to experienced site management experience. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record and be able to hit the ground running.
Longevity: Candidates should have around 5 years of experience working for one company or a good reason for any job changes. References will be required.
Location: Candidates must be based in either Yorkshire or the Northwest, as projects are regionally based.
Salary: The salary will remain consistent with previous offers, and the total compensation will include a package (details provided on request).
