This is a fully office-based role.

Working within the operations team you will be responsible for-

  • Liaising with customers and clients via phone and email.
  • Inputting bookings onto the system.
  • Providing quotes.
  • Updating spreadsheets with relevant data.
  • Liasing with external contacts regarding lead times.
  • Preparing documentation.
  • Arranging and booking deliveries.

The ideal candidate-

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Confident user of all Microsoft packages.
