Elevation HR are currently partnered with a globally recognised manufacturing and engineering business based in Shipley who are looking to appoint a HR Administrator on a 6 months fixed term contract.

This role reflects the growth of this successful business and will support the HR function whilst reporting into the HR Manager. There is potential for the role to go permanent, previous HR experience is a must. As a HR Admin your role will include:

  • Supporting with the onboarding of new starters including producing letters and correspondence
  • Organising inductions and required documents for right to work checks 
  • Updating the time and attendance system and chasing return to work documentation
  • Collating and recording appraisal documents 
  • Supporting with HR projects as and when required 
  • Updating databases and HRIS 
  • Updating and filing new starter and leaver files
