Are you an experienced HR Assistant looking to join a collaborative and supportive HR team? We’re offering an exciting opportunity with hybrid working, and when you're in the office, you’ll be based in a unique, green setting with a leading company.

This role has become available due to an internal promotion, and we're seeking someone who is passionate, proactive, and career minded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide crucial support to the HR team across a range of day-to-day activities.
  • Assist with payroll data collation and respond to first-line payroll queries.
  • Manage first-line people queries, ensuring smooth and efficient resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and handle HR documentation.
  • Prepare insightful reports to support HR operations.
  • Oversee the applicant tracking system (ATS) and assist with recruitment processes.

Ideal Person:

  • A confident team player with a positive, can-do attitude and a keen eye for detail.
  • Experience working within an HR team and familiar with HR operations.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, with strong organisational and communication skills.

Due to the location, this role is best suited to car driver.
