Can you drive a team to success while ensuring projects remain on track? Our client is currently looking for a Scheduling and Planning Manager to join their busy team in Shipley, West Yorkshire!

As a Scheduling and Planning Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring all work streams and project activities are completed on time and within budget. Youll manage the Field Administration Team, ensuring that manpower is utilised efficiently in Field Operations. By planning the daily workloads of our Field Engineers and ensuring that all necessary parts are available, your efforts will directly contribute to achieving high client satisfaction. Additionally, you will focus on establishing improved communication channels and enhancing overall operational efficiency, whilst maintaining a clear structure of planning and real-time management.

Hours of Work: Full-time, with flexibility required to meet the demands of the role.

Scheduling and Planning Manager Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in scheduling and planning, preferably within an engineering environment.
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Proven leadership abilities with experience in motivating a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Adaptable and flexible, with a comprehensive understanding of engineering principles.
