Reed Business School is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to their team in the Cotswolds.

Overview

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be instrumental in maintaining the smooth running of our Business School's front office. You will be the first point of contact for phone calls and visitors, ensuring exceptional customer service and handling a range of operational and administrative tasks.?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception Duties: Handle incoming calls and emails, greet and assist visitors, and manage sign-ins. Conduct Open Afternoons for prospective clients and students.

  • Operational Support: Assist with weekly catering and room schedules, manage accommodation forms and updates, and perform weekly fire alarm checks. Collaborate on classroom setups and resources.

  • Additional Tasks: Use the MIS system for scheduling and ordering, manage stock and invoices, handle sales enquiries, and assist with exams and invigilation

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in office administration or a similar role

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with MIS systems (training provided).

  • Knowledge of the accountancy sector is a plus but not essential
