This role is ideal for an HR/L&D professional passionate about nurturing talent and fostering professional growth through apprenticeship programs.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Deliver engaging online workshops and webinars as part of our blended learning approach.
  • Conduct 1-2-1 reviews, providing tailored advice and guidance to apprentices on HR standards.
  • Assess apprentice work and ensure they meet the learning objectives and standards.
  • Maintain and enhance relationships with employers and apprentices' line managers.
  • Identify and nurture new business opportunities within the learning and development sphere.
  • Support HR and L&D apprentices, teaching apprenticeship standards such as:
    • People Professional L5 (including Associate Diploma in People Management L5)
    • Senior People Professional L7 (including Advanced Diploma in Strategic People Management L7)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in delivering Human Resource Management and/or Learning and Development apprenticeships up to Level 7.
  • Desirable: An appropriate assessor qualification (D32/D33, A1, TAQA, or CAVA).
  • Familiarity with Ofsted and ESFA audit requirements.
  • CIPD qualification.
  • Level 2 qualification in English & Mathematics.
  • Proficiency in using e-portfolio systems to manage and monitor apprentices' progress.
