The company has grown over recent years under the stewardship of the Managing Director and team.
This role seeks to improve coordination and control in the office function and its coordination with Sales and Production.
Management of all office functions
- All purchasing including consumables and production requirements (except aluminium extrusions)
- Cover for purchasing of aluminium extrusions
- Coordination with external services
- Site services (Perdix)
- Insurance
- Health & Safety representatives
- Human Resource representatives
- Energy contracts
- Other support contracts
- Internal coordination of Human Resources with support from external organisation
- Timsheets, Holiday plans, general communications, welfare
- Internal coordination of Finance activity including
- Banking including Invoice Finance
- Cashflow analysis
- Debtors and Creditors
- Accountant data availability (MDP Accountants)
- Monthly/Annual Accounts
- Payroll
- Pensions
- Invoicing, Labels
- Transport, domestic and export for customer deliveries
