They are now seeking an Office Coordinator to join their team on a part-time basis working Monday-Friday, 25 hours a week. The ideal candidate would have previous experience working in an office environment providing administrative support to senior leadership team members and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business who can offer a great working environment with a close-knit team.Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage workload on behalf of the CEO and the senior leadership team.
  • Support the CEO with diary management, travel arrangements and organise any bookings.
  • Provide administrative support for internal audits and internal improvement projects.
  • Organise vehicle coordination with regards to insurance key POC, fuel card management, cost management and any vehicle repairs.
  • Support with recruitment onboarding, updating employee records, performance management and reviewing the policy and procedures & updating accordingly.
  • Responsible for vendor, procurement and inventory management.
  • Support with any other additional administrative duties.
Key Skills & Experience:
  • Previous experience as an Office Coordinator or Office Assistant.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Microsoft Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving, organisation, and planning skills with an eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills both internally and with customers.
  • Demonstrated ownership, initiative, and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Additional Information:
  • Monday – Friday.
  • Part-Time, 25 hours.
