This school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. This school is easily accessible from Shipston, Stratford, Banbury and Oxfordshire. Your new roleYour new job as a Year 3/4 teacher will be to work on a full-time basis from January 2025 until July 2025 and fully immerse yourself in school life, including attending staff meetings and parents' evenings whilst providing regular feedback to parents, carers and children.You will be supported by a TA in the morning and, if necessary, you will need to liaise and create interventions if required. You will be required to plan lessons that capture the imagination and engagement of children. You will be required to mark work to school policy and set targets for progress.What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this new job, you need to be an M2 - M6 teacher that is passionate about key stage 2 children. You must be available on a full-time basis from January 2025 to work in one school and take on full responsibility. You must be able to build good relationships with children, have good teamwork and collaboration and be self-aware to develop yourself and be able to work with others.
