A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Shoreham is seeking a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced solicitor to take on a senior role within a supportive and forward-thinking firm.
The Role:As a Senior Private Client Solicitor, you will handle a varied and high-quality caseload, including:
- Drafting wills and estate planning.
- Administering trusts and estates.
- Advising on powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters.
- Providing expert guidance to high-net-worth clients.
- Contributing to business development and mentoring junior colleagues.
- 5+ years PQE in private client law.
- Strong technical knowledge of wills, probate, trusts, and estate administration.
- Excellent client care and communication skills.
- STEP qualification (or working towards) is advantageous but not essential.
- A commercially minded and proactive approach.
