Civil site manager

I am working alongside an industry specialist contractor. They are looking to onboard a civil site manager for a large civils scheme being delivered in West Sussex. My client delivers projects across the energy and renewable sector nationwide.

Site manager responsibilities:

• Working alongside and reporting to the project manager and contracts manager.
• Site supervision and management of subcontractors on site.
• Record keeping.
• Site diaries.
• QA checks.
• Attending site meetings.
• Ensuring health and safety compliance.
• Liaising with the client, subcontractors and the local authorities.

Site manager requirements:

• Right to work in the UK.
• CSCS card - Gold/ Black.
• NVQ level 3 or above.
• SMSTS.
• First aid.
• Previous experience working within the water, energy or civils sector.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Proficient with IT.
