- Working closely with our Operations Director to oversee day-to-day activities
- Monitoring and improving operational performance metrics
- Supporting the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to preparing them for interviews
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Ensuring seamless communication and workflow across the business
- Stepping in to cover any role within the company as needed
- Running training sessions to elevate team skills and knowledge
- Going the extra mile to keep our operations running smoothly-flexibility with working hours is a must!

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment
