Due to continued growth, we are looking for a new Technical Compliance Engineer, with a strong technical background - and Engineering or Scientific qualifications, to have full responsibility for all certification activities, using proven expertise in product certification, being the contact for certification bodies and colleagues across the business.
You will be working closely with Project and Applications Engineers to define and clarify certification requirements, ensuring alignment with technical objectives, as well as providing guidance to various departments, having input into new project opportunities, assisting in preparation of quotes - accounting for certification costs, managing and maintaining the document management system and planning tools, and be the subject matter expert to provide tailored certification solutions for clients.
Education to at least an HND in Engineering or Science is required, and ideally knowledge of CE marking and creation of CE technical construction files.
You will have:
路 Strong project management skills, able to run multiple projects concurrently
路 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with external partners and internal teams.
路 A proactive approach to problem-solving and risk management.
路 Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements for certification.
路 In depth knowledge of ATEX and Machinery Directive
The salary range for this role is 拢48,000 to 拢54,000 with 25 days holiday and the option to purchase an additional 10 days of holiday, health cash plan, 5% employer pension contribution, life assurance, employee assistance programme plus a range of other benefits and wellbeing initiatives.
