I am looking for several Fire Marshalls for a 5 month project on the Shotton Paper Mill Project for a contractor undertaking both plant and steel erection. You will be monitoring the Hot Works undertaken on the project and monitor the fire safety systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular fire risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement fire safety plans and emergency procedures.
  • Monitor hot work activities and enforce fire safety standards.
  • Coordinate with site managers and safety teams to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Conduct fire drills and provide fire safety training for staff.
  • Maintain fire safety equipment and ensure readiness at all times.

Requirements:

  • Ideally proven experience as a Fire Marshal, ideally within a construction or engineering environment.
  • Strong understanding of fire safety regulations and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
