Anderson Knight Recruitment are working exclusively with a growing business to recruit a HR Manager This is an exciting role where you will be the sole HR contact, responsible for all HR functions within the organisation.

Our client is looking for an experienced HR professional to cover the full employee lifecycle, manage employee relations cases, develop new policies and work on some exciting projects. The role will be based in the office full time, with the perk of an early finish on a Friday. Our client is also open to conversations about part time or condensed working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals.
  • Oversee all HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and policy development.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR best practices.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and compensation, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
  • Conduct training and development programmes to enhance employee skills and support career growth.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Prepare and analyse HR reports and metrics to support decision-making and improve HR processes.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar standalone HR role.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience in the production environment is desirable.
  • Relevant HR qualifications (e.g., CIPD) or equivalent experience.
