The Company

Our client is a leading multi-disciplinary professional service firm. Managing land and estates as well as selling and letting rural property throughout Shropshire, Herefordshire, Mid-Wales, North Wales and the surrounding counties for very many years.

The Role

You'll be responsible for building and maintaining individual client relationships, and individual areas of Rural Professional Practice with a focus on Valuations but also including other rural professional services, though the role is flexible to your skillset. Our client is equally interested in speaking to those with an interest in a blended professional consultancy role around valuation but to include some Estate Management and those with Commercial Valuation experience will be considered.

The Ideal Candidate

You will be educated to a degree level in a relevant discipline with MRICS accreditation and a number of years of PQE. You will be a strong communicator with good problem-solving skills. You will be omfortable with a high degree of autonomy and be a commercially astute, lateral thinker and capable of generating new business. You will possess good interpersonal skills and an ability to assimilate and convey complex information to a variety of audiences. You will have an ability to manage time effectively and work in an organised and methodical fashion, with high levels of attention to detail.

A full UK driving license is essential for this role.
