Customer Service Administrator

Shrewsbury

An opportunity has arisen with a well-established Shrewsbury organisation for an experienced Customer Service Administrator. The company are a market leader in their field, they are privately owned. This is an exciting role for someone who has worked in a similar role.

Essential Experience

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Ability to work within a fast moving environment to strict deadlines
  • Excellent IT skills ideally with a knowledge Microsoft Office
  • Professional telephone manner and enjoy building lasting business relationship
  • Ability to work to targets and KPI’s
  • Own transport due to location

Key duties

  • Responding to customer enquiries
  • Raise quotations and process sales orders
  • Complete forms and reports in Excel
  • Answer incoming calls
  • Liaise with other departments such as, purchasing, accounts and marketing.
