An opportunity has arisen with a well-established Shrewsbury organisation for an experienced Customer Service Administrator. The company are a market leader in their field, they are privately owned. This is an exciting role for someone who has worked in a similar role.
Essential Experience
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Ability to work within a fast moving environment to strict deadlines
- Excellent IT skills ideally with a knowledge Microsoft Office
- Professional telephone manner and enjoy building lasting business relationship
- Ability to work to targets and KPI’s
- Own transport due to location
Key duties
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Raise quotations and process sales orders
- Complete forms and reports in Excel
- Answer incoming calls
- Liaise with other departments such as, purchasing, accounts and marketing.
